We do not store full card or bank account details ourselves.

  • Messages exchanged through the in-Platform chat, which may be monitored for safety, fraud prevention, and support purposes

These providers may process information on our behalf under a separate data processing agreement and are required to implement appropriate data protection measures. These providers may need to use your personal data to comply with their own legal obligations (e.g., payment providers who have AML obligations) and then do so as the data controller in accordance with POPIA.
