⭐ How do I get reviews from clients I had before joining MyPetFriends?

Sitter Plus lets you invite past clients to leave what we call an Independent Review, even if you looked after their pets before joining MyPetFriends.

How it works

Open the menu in your Sitter Dashboard and go to Reviews.
Copy your personal review link.
Send the link to a past client.
They’ll need to sign up for (or log in to) a MyPetFriends account before they can leave a review.
Their review will appear on your profile with an Independent Review label, so pet owners can easily distinguish it from reviews left after bookings made through MyPetFriends.

Keeping reviews trustworthy

To help keep reviews trustworthy, each email address or phone number can only leave one Independent Review per sitter. Reviews should reflect genuine experiences with your services. We may remove reviews that appear fraudulent, misleading, or don’t comply with our Terms of Service.
