If you forget to start the service
If you forget to click “Start Service Delivery” on the day:
- You will need to click Start and then Complete the service in order to be eligible for payment.
- If the service date has passed and the start option is no longer available, you will need to contact support for assistance.
Please note that delays in starting the service may delay payout.
