You can always leave a review
Pet owners can leave a review after every booking – even if the experience wasn’t great. Honest, fair reviews help other pet owners make informed decisions and help sitters improve over time.

If something doesn’t feel right, or if an issue goes beyond a simple misunderstanding, you’re welcome to reach out to us directly.

- We’ll read and respond personally
- We may follow up with the sitter if needed
- We’ll step in if something feels unsafe or clearly inappropriate
While we can’t judge every subjective experience, we do take concerns seriously – especially if we see patterns or behaviour that doesn’t align with the values of the MyPetFriends community.
