When can I cancel?

You can cancel a booking up to 2 days (48 hours) before it starts.

If you cancel more than 2 days before the booking:

You’ll receive a full refund
No explanation needed

What if I cancel within 2 days?

Cancellations made within 2 days of the booking start aren’t eligible for a refund. This helps protect sitters who may have turned away other work or reserved time for your booking.

How do I cancel?

You can cancel directly through the platform. The policy is applied automatically, so there’s no need to negotiate with the sitter.
