MyPetFriendsIndependent reviews are different. They come from a sitter’s past clients, often from work done before the sitter joined MyPetFriends, and are invited directly by the sitter. A reviewer needs a MyPetFriends account to leave one, and each person can only review a sitter once.
We don’t verify the details behind an independent review the way we can confirm a MyPetFriends booking, which is why it’s labelled separately. Both types of review can be useful — we’d still recommend chatting to a sitter directly before booking.
