If you would like to delete your MyPetFriends account and associated personal data, sign in and go to My Account. Use Delete account to deactivate your login immediately and submit a deletion request to our team.

Once we receive your request, we will process your account deletion and confirm once it has been completed. Active bookings may need to be completed or cancelled before deletion can be submitted from your account.
